Review on MeerkatWatch by Jay Matlock

The best thing about meerkatwatch was how easy they made setting things like alerting emails or slack notifications very straight forward! They have some of our most important apps running through them so we don't need another service in between us & app providers anymore since their uptimes reports were amazing!! I wish there would be more categories available but overall this has been great experience with these guys - no complaints at all here!! Our site had an issue where people couldnt log into certain sections because one server went down causing issues across many sites (mainly payment processors). It took forever before anyone responded back saying anything happened etc., then 2 days later someone else said something similar only theirs actually worked again? Still waiting now after 3 weeks :/ It's easy of use; we have no issues with setting things going or getting started using this software/service! The support team has been great as well!! Nothing at all really - would be nice if there was more information available about what happens after your site goes down (i know they do their best but sometimes I am left in doubt). This helps us keep our sites running without having any downtimes by being able detect them early enough so changes could get done before people notice anything wrong :).
