Have been using them for 6 months now - never regretted the purchase and I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I cook every night and it has made my job a lot easier. I have owned several Cutco knives and in my opinion they are superior in every way and cost less than 10% the price of a comparable set. I clean them as soon as possible after use, sharpen regularly and re-sharpen from time to time and they look and cut like new. The only thing missing from this set is a large serrated knife, but you know what you're getting when you buy it. Definitely the best kitchen purchase I've ever made.
