I have had them in a few days now with no problems.Normally I am VERY allergic to metal. I can't even keep a pair of earrings in for five minutes, let alone the entire evening out, as my ear lobes turn bright red and sore and itchy immediately and the flaming red throbbing ear lobes ruin my whole outfit because they are what your eye is drawn to.So, I quit wearing earrings for almost two year now, with the pandemic I never went out to eat or dancing anymore anyway so I just quit earrings. Come to find out, my piercing holes were closing up.So I ordered these and had to repierce the back of one ear. I have 2 holes in one ear and one in the other. The one with the single hole didn't have a backside to the hole anymore. It was solid skin with no hole anymore.I pushed this earring thru with rubbing alcohol and broke the back skin, making a new hole. I fully expected an allergic reaction flare up to the metal earring.***That did not happen.***😁👏!I am delighted. I kept them in all night and could sleep on them just fine. Can't even feel them when sleeping and they didn't fall out on the pillow when I toss and turn.They lock in place great on the back with the metal backing, and there is sort of a groove in the post of the earring where it stops the backs from sliding in too tight, if you have tried many earrings in your life, you will know what I mean.I have only seen that awesome back stopping feature on the studs when I first got my ears pierced years ago. Of course, with pressure, you can override that stopping point if you want to have it in super tight for some reason. It also keeps the metal backs from falling off easily too.Anyway, since I have 3 holes I had to get two pairs. I got the diamond cut (top hole of my ear in photo) and the bezel cut (bottom hole)I got one pair in exchange for a review, but I purchased the other pair with money, so hoping they would do what the description says and not irritate my very sensitive ears. Both pairs are perfect and they do just that. No irritation.The diamond shines more than the bezel, of course, but they both are beautiful.I got the 3mm smallest size and wish I had gone up a size bigger. But these will do. I can't see any job having a problem with these, unless they have a total no jewelry policy.Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you.
