Three main comments on these springs: First, for those interested, although not listed, two spools of four rubber isolators are supplied. Since I was replacing the rear suspension airbags on my 1998 Lincoln Town Car, I only needed one insulator on each coil. The bottom part doesn't need it. Secondly, I expected a little more trouble with their installation than actually. Since I also replaced both shock absorbers, I first removed them. If you are not replacing shocks, you can simply loosen the bottom two shock mounting bolts to loosen the axle. I taped the top rubber isolator in place and then lined up the top of the spring with the top bracket. I then used a small pry bar to pry the bottom of each coil up and into the bottom bracket. It took about 1-2 minutes to install each coil. Finally, there is a lot of conflicting information on my 1998 Town Car about removing the AIR SUSPENSION dashboard message. It seems to me that some people are right that the only way is to reprogram the computer. The 1998 model differs from previous models. Cutting the cable doesn't help. I left the solenoids on the end of the cable and when I turn the suspension switch back on the suspension light on the dash goes out and the air compressor doesn't try to inflate the missing bags. However, after driving at high speed and then slowing down, I received a message. I think worst case I can cover it with more tape. I decided to share my experience to maybe save someone else's time. I am very happy with the coils. I didn't go for MOOG wheels because visually it looked like they could run stiffer/harder than these.
