Fast! Simple common sense to use and install. (NOTE: The upward orientation is marked on the grommet. You simply feed the wires through the designated wire hole on the grommet, then insert the grommet into the bumper. Connect the wires to the light, then slide the light all the way back the grommet as far as it will go. Pull the grommet forward and lift its edge up as far around the hole as you can. Then use a screwdriver or fine-nose pliers to grasp the outside edge of the bushing and work around the metal hole edges, until fully snaps in. Works great with 4" Maxxima MWL-12 Round Flood Beam LED work lights which I bought to hook and unhook a work trailer. Also for hunting and other outdoor lighting needs a large head screwdriver to turn the Pry up the edge of the rubber edging and squeeze out the sealant around it.
