Review on Tank Fuel Filler Neck Hose by Dusty Oner

A few years ago when my truck gave out an evaporator code I diagnosed a cracked fuel tank hose. The original lasted almost 20 years so I can't really complain. I bought this hose and installed it. Problem solved. for some time. About a year later, the truck began issuing evaporative codes again. Yes, the filler hose broke. Well, I thought, maybe I was just unlucky. I bought the same hose again and it fixed the evaporation code for a while. In the past few months my truck has been setting intermittent evaporative codes again. Removed the bed to fix the brake line and sure enough the hose snapped again. At the time of writing this hose has been on the truck for exactly one year (purchased June 2019). This is the last time I will buy this particular brand.
