Good enough to buy it. Not good enough to pay for it. I have been using this product for at least 7-8 years and will continue to buy it. I only buy vanilla and it tastes decent but too sweet. It is available for $18.99. I only take one scoop a day post workout. I'm not a bodybuilder, I just enjoy lifting weights and getting up until ball time. I'm 43 now, about 6ft tall and just want to keep my 200lb height. I find that 1 scoop right after a workout helps me stay fit and aids muscle recovery. I also eat a lot of protein every day. Texas steak and beer, if you know what I mean. So yes, I love this stuff. This is for normal people. Athletes and bodybuilders probably need a little higher quality, but that's enough for me. If the price was $22 I would decline.
