When I tried to call the company TWICE, two different people answered, each from outside the US. Neither of them spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying. I was so upset that I gave up trying to explain. I will never buy this product again, 1. because of the broken spout causing you to use more soap than recommended, and 2. because the company hires people to handle claims that they can pay next to nothing (which is unfair is towards employees) because these employees understand almost nothing (which is then unfair to a consumer trying to explain a problem with a product).
