Purchased to move heavy boxes. It does, but you have to bungee them down. It's tight, what's good, what's bad. Easily crawl through the door, but the box won't get pinched and will fall down. The handle is uncomfortable, does not rise but falls back, but not to the ground. He takes bad steps, folds very neatly. He could handle very heavy boxes. Bottom line, flat surface, support handle, bungee boxes are the champ.
