I ordered two of these for baking Cali'flour frozen pizza bases which are much more difficult to handle due to their extreme tenderness. After the oven has preheated, place the frozen crust over the Winware strainer. After 5 minutes, the hot screen and pizza base were removed with long metal tongs. Place the 2nd cold sieve on the bottom, flip the sieves so the other side is now up, remove the hot sieve from the top and place the cold sieve with the pizza crust back in the oven with tongs. After another 5 minutes, remove the colander and crust from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for another 5 minutes. Then the pizza topping was added and placed under the roasting pan again for 2 minutes. Then I really enjoyed it and stuck to my low carb diet despite being in ketosis. And thanks to my two pizza strainers, there are no burn marks to be seen. no pain, much gain.
