As this frame only requires 2 top screws it has 2 hooks on the bottom to hold your cymbal. This feature is great, but limits what you can put in the frame. Just the license plate is enough. That's why I gave 3 stars. I was hoping the frame would allow for the license plate and clear license plate cover to keep the number clean. No luck with the flat plate cover either. Disappointed as the frame is good with trees along with the Adventure Awaits statement. I ended up using a plain black frame with a clear bubble cap. If you're ordering this because you're going without a license plate cover, you simply know where the relevant information is located on your state's license plate. The trees cover part of the registration decal on the bottom right of my panel, but I think it would be nice if I could get a cover and panel to work with the frame. I really wish they would make a version that had a bubble lid that came with a frame. Update - my rating has changed from 3 to 4 stars. I found a flat plate cover that inserted into the bottom hooks along with the plate. Really tight fitting! I still wish they would make this frame a kit with a bell top and room for a plate, or just a version with more hook room and the depth of the frame allows for a bell top. This is a really nice frame with embossed lettering/trees and durable plastic. Time will tell if it holds up.
