delivery - fast, well packaged, no problems Merrick Cart Construction - this cart is solid and heavy (about 15-16 pounds each) which a good thing. The paint is very bad. I will have to spray the areas to avoid future rust. This is a feature - on a typical concrete garage floor - in fair but not perfect condition - ie like many people - Well I was able to move my car into the corner of the garage - but only with the help of pliers to move the wheels in the direction I wanted them to go. They don't spin freely when the car is on the wagon (and I only have a Mazda Miata on it, so it's relatively light). I also had to use an unexpected amount of force. I'm a pretty well built guy, I work out in the gym and I still wrestle. Now I'm debating whether to get heavy wheels or wait and buy a better product. I give it 3 stars because it's durable and the design seems good for the tires and allowed me to move the car BUT it was nothing like the experience the company videos offer and it's something I do don't want to repeat it too often - at least unless I have 20 minutes to get in or out of the car before I can use it or park it.
