Your car's alternator must provide enough power

I live in a country where half the people have no electricity. So for the future I'm trying to decide between a car inverter and an inverter generator. A car inverter is essentially an electronic part powered by a car, so it seems more convenient than a standalone generator. I have a small Honda Fit and apparently the alternator is so efficient that it produces enough power to power the car but not enough to power a 1000w inverter. So I couldn't use this inverter. I've looked at many descriptions of inverters and none of them mention the importance of checking the performance of a car alternator. This inverter is well designed in terms of customization. The alligator clips are easy to connect to the battery, and the cable is connected to the inverter with two screws, which is very convenient and difficult to damage. The problem is that when I try to turn on the heater from the outlet, the output is about 450 watts. When I run it from this inverter the power drops to 330. Similar power drop when using a mixer. I connected a power monitor to the inverter itself. Also, it reads 89 volts when the car is on and, oddly enough, the voltage goes up to 94 when the car is off. My house voltage is typically 110, so I have come to the conclusion that my Honda Fit is not capable of powering a 1000w inverter and will purchase a generator.
