My original Yamaha remote developed problems with button presses not registering. despite the new battery. After some research I saw that other people had similar problems. A quick fix was to press the back of the remote to make sure the battery was making contact. it works, but it started working with two hands instead of one. Bought this replacement and it is fantastic. works very well. I also think the button layout is different, but much better in my opinion. well done and thank you for a great product.
