Review on 🐶 Herm Sprenger Dog Collar by Jennifer Neff

The item I ordered was genuine and arrived in good condition. Sent on time, the seller had no problems with the purchase. The collar itself is of good quality. My dog is smaller than Pitt, has a 16 inch neck, but is only 40 pounds and is small. Finding a pen that suits her was a challenge. I ordered the small size first (as the black stainless steel medium is out of stock) and while it fit around her neck, the pins/links were too small; Designed for Chihuahua or other smaller breeds. I wanted black stainless steel because she has black fur and the collar doesn't stand out that much. She's already getting unsuspecting looks from people for being a black Pitt, so I didn't want to make her look like Bane by putting the shiny silver spiked collar on her that she had before. Since the collar fits 23 inches I just took a few prongs to make it smaller for her. She doesn't need much correction, so the size is suitable for her situation. I would not recommend a large collar for a dog with a small neck that NEEDS more or more frequent correction as removing the links removes some of the surface contact of the teeth around the neck. I wish they had a medium sized stainless steel slinger because that would be perfect.
