Good shoe support in my review.
These are really good shoes for support. The heel has good cushioning and midfoot support is very good. The only complaint is that the shoes are a little tight. So if you have a wider foot but don't wear an E you might not like the medium fit but I found that after a few wears part of the shoe was torn. .

- This was a birthday present for my dad and he loved it! So comfortable, light and his favorite pair!

- Less breathable than other running shoes
