I recently 3D printed some Raspberry Pi and Waveshare screen cases. While my setup physically fits into the case (and it's the best case I've ever compared to a 3D printed one), the screen is off-center. The bezel in this case is off-center as with the Elegoo screens (and I assume all the other existing screens are there apart from the Waveshare), but the Waveshare screen is off-center in the opposite direction. The unit works, everything turns on etc, so I can't blame it, but I had no way of knowing it wasn't working with Waveshare until I bought it.
