I'd like to add that the fan isn't very noisy, the case gives the Pi a decent amount of weight, and the flat copper part for SDRAM on the bottom is significantly larger than the chip itself. Once installed under the table there is not enough space for the SD card unless you take tweezers or very small pliers. It's also difficult to reinsert this SD card as the slot on the back isn't well aligned making it difficult to get into the slot if you don't have space and a flashlight to see what you're doing . Just plan on disassembling it from the table if you need to reach it after reassembly, or trying to fish your SD card out of the bottom of the case after missing the slot.

I recently 3D printed some Raspberry Pi and Waveshare screen cases. While my setup physically fits into the case (and it's the best case I've ever compared to a 3D printed one), the screen is off-center.
