Works fine with higher voltage
I am using them to replace my old laptop power supply with a Lenovo laptop power supply. I've tried buying a direct adapter but each time I've been sent to the wrong place. So with them I could cut off the wrong ends of the adapters and just snap them together. They work and power a laptop with a power of 140 watts. Saves me money in the long run because I don't have to buy new power supplies.
