Review on Loctite 483630 Thread Sealant 50 Mililiter by Shaun Helm

I used this along with Loctite Klean 'N Prime for the oil level gauge. This is a high temperature pressurized oil compound. Neither Loctite 567 nor NAPA's Permatex Thread Sealant with Teflon passed the test. Recommendations: strictly follow the instructions. Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and primed. Allow 72 hours to cure for maximum strength. required for proper activation of 592 on aluminum and will certainly speed up the curing process.
