Magellan Maestro 3250 3.5" Handheld GPS Very good device and I am very happy with the 3250. Yes you have to hold the button for two seconds release and it is thru will turn it on for a second but ok. And yes to turn it off you have to hold the button for about three to four seconds before it turns off again, big deal. It gets me to my destination, warns me of traffic problems and does whatever it takes. As far as their customer support goes it's just amazing. I've used them several times for small things and questions and they're polite, patient and always, mind you, I said 'always', have every reason solved to my satisfaction why I called them. I can't ask for more.(I think moving from India to the Philippines has most likely changed their customer service. Also Magellan has probably answered all previous complaints. Magellan is a good company and I recommend them to anyone who asks for my opinion.
