No sound, no steering wheel controls

Looks cool, seems to have a lot of cool features but I can't use it yet. I hooked everything up, there are a couple of connections that just don't fit the new stereo. I HAVE NO AUDIO. Sound doesn't work now. I am trying to email support about this but they are very slow to respond. Steering wheel controls no longer work either. And the danger button that I have to hold down I can't toggle on and off.
