The first shipment was received damaged; packaging had clearly been opened before, item was protruding out top of mfr's box, wtc., so I couldn't be certain all patrs for assembly were included. I returned with explanation and request to exchange for other same item. Received new in a timely fashion. Since it is advertised as "portable", it would be nice if it came with a carrying bag or case. No instruction/assembly manuals or warranty/registation literature included. However, there is a YouTube video available online that demonstrates assembly/take-down of net, clamps, etc. Still, a bit challenging to figure out how to fit the net ass'y together. Best if done w/o 2 amateur ping pong league teams looking over your shoulder.
