First of all, it works But first of all, they did NOT send a POWER SUPPLY, so old USB phone's power supply is needed. And they are also just a broken charging cable, charger and bat. But be aware that in my case the charging cable was both bad and broken 2 times out of 3 alone. So first, get another micro USB charging cable and power adapter if your racquet isn't charging. DO NOT PLUG THE WHITE USB CABLE INTO THE INCLUDED Bug Zapper CHARGING BASE as the included cable appears to be DEFECTIVE and will ruin the charging port. Second, while charging, it seems that you have to turn the switch on, then turn it off, then slowly press to refill it. Then it starts loading. This is my example of using this product. Pfft, not worth $36, but once it starts working it's a decent standalone ACTIVE bug repellent in a docking station, or works as a portable with a trigger that activates when the power switch is in the middle position. VERY LOUD POP as everyone says. But remember the power cord in the package is a BAD KITTY, NO BUENOS, NOT GOOD, and don't plug it into the CHARGER BASE HARD, but a decent USB charging box, your Good To Go.The End.!
