The program is easy to use and navigate through and has great customer service! No complaints about this product at all. I have been using it for two years now with no issues. If you are looking into membership programs in your church or organization - look into this one first. This is a solid solution if you need help managing member information online. It's cheap too which helps when you only have limited resources (like we do). Having an account manager who can answer questions/troubleshoot any problems along the way would be nice but you get what you pay for. We are able to track our memberships easily and see their activity. Some other products don't offer as much detail so having more than just basic info available makes me feel better. Also being able to send out emails with up to date news and notices really cuts down time spent sending them out.
