The best feature is the ability to link it with our website so we can have automatic payments from memberships right in the member portal. I wish they would give more options for customization of their services! Have a good understanding of how your membership program works before signing up. I like how easy it is to use! It has all of my membership info in one place so its very organized for me - plus there's an app too which makes things even easier!! The reporting side could be better but thats just personal preference as well (and not really something i can complain about). I love how easy it is to use for our small congregation! It's great because we don't have an IT person at each of my churches so this makes things easier than ever before!! You can also easily set up membership classes which helps with keeping track if people are attending meetings or not as well has other types like "lifetime members", etc.. I like how they have many ways to track memberships - either through our website or an app for their mobile devices such as smartphones/tablets etc.-it also makes it easier than trying to keep up with paper membership cards! The only thing is there would be more benefits if we were able provide discounts towards member dues but still make them affordable so people can afford these premium services which are not cheap at all!!
