Review on 🔧 Dorman 600-910 Transfer Case Shift Motor: Ideal for Compatible Models by Justin Woolley

WARNING: DO NOT reposition the transfer case motor to match your transfer case. ONLY change the position of the transfer case to match the engine. This part is neutral, if you're like me the transfer case will be in 2WD. Some people seem to have gotten this to work, but that caused my part to not work and I had to buy it again from a local retailer for $100 to get everything working. There are no instructions for this part but the description on Amazon says the transfer case must match the engine, I only read it afterwards. Learn from my mistake. Aside from the lack of physically provided instructions, the second one I bought has worked like a charm and so far (less than 100 miles) fixed my SERVICE 4WD message on my 2006 Silverado Z71.
