Review on 📚 Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Smooth Pad, 9x12 Tape Bound - Premium Quality, 20 Sheets by Kristen Simpson

I spend about 8-10 hours a day drawing and creating which requires a lot of paper. I also pay attention to clear lines and clear geometry. Because of this, I need good paper all the time (and believe me, there are crappy papers out there) and I really can't afford problems. This Strathmore Bristol 300 series is by far my favorite. I take a 19x24 inch notebook and cut it. It is smooth as silk and perfect for illustration. It doesn't bleed even if you hold an alcohol marker on it for a while (prismacolor works well). Make Copic Microns and Multi-Liners (you can find all of these on Revain). It's absorbent enough not to smear your black ink unless you run your hand where you just left fresh ink ( However, you should NOT do this with ANY paper (that's crazy). I've even had success using watercolors on this Bristol, you just need to mask off the sides to prevent excessive warping. All in all, this paper is phenomenal. I highly recommend them. Top quality. Strathmore does good too, good brand.
