Looks like a well made injector. The machine's tolerances are a bit sloppy in places, but still workable for the purpose. I can see it will be a lot easier to inject the flesh than with the syringe injector I've been using for three decades now. I will miss the larger capacity cylinder in the huge syringe I have, but reloading should be easy so this may not be an issue with the SpitJack. A nice feature is the very large diameter needle that can go through chopped garlic, which I like to use for roasting pork. Not many atomizers can do that.
