High voltage power lines run right behind the new house I bought. Now I don't know if they are part of the problem but my clock radio and boombox are broadcasting radio stations that my Denon receiver is having a hard time keeping up with, the audio goes off and on again. So I was hoping that the antenna would help, would help a little, but the signal still dropped no matter how I positioned the 2 sections. So you may be lucky, the antenna is better than the cheap Denon antenna, but it's not a huge leap in performance.
