My 5.3lb Yorkshire didn't fit this 19 " carrier

Measurements shown are for the outside of the box only. Salon is much smaller, narrower and lower. My 5.3 pound Yorkshire was fit but couldn't roll over or sit up without hitting his head. I have already initiated a return and am being charged an $8.15 return shipping fee. 😔
