I had to buy a new stand for my escape cat. If a zipper is visible on the strap, the cat will come out. So I had to try something new; this carrier is great! Simple and to the point. Exactly what I needed! Easy to assemble. Tools are not required.

There was something like black fat on the kennel. I didn't realize it until I got ready and the stuff was all over the front of my shirt and bed. Concerned for the safety of my pet exposed to anything. I tried to delete it but couldn't.

Measurements shown are for the outside of the box only. Salon is much smaller, narrower and lower. My 5.3 pound Yorkshire was fit but couldn't roll over or sit up without hitting his head. I have already initiated a return and am being charged an $8.15 return shipping fee. 😔

Bought for our new puppy and I'm so excited! Made in the USA, great quality! I read reviews about the vents being sharp so I took out a nail file and fixed that potential issue. This is a really hard wearing van and I think it will last us for many years to come! I wish there were more colors to choose from but I'm so happy with the quality I can't complain!

The 19 inch carrier was too small for my 10 lb cat. I recommend getting a size up for comfort, my cat couldn't get up and was pinned against the front and back of the carrier. The carrier was good quality for the price but the shape is pretty poor - the locking points for the Treat compartments were misshaped and wouldn't close, primarily the latches for holding the device were better but still not very secure, it's functional but not very good.

I ordered these boxes expecting what I am used to from pet boxes. I had to return the first order of two as they were broken upon delivery. The plastic used for them is not strong and will not be difficult to break if something falls on it. I would not recommend using it for air travel. This works on a car ride or at home - just don't hit anything with force. Very disappointed with the lack of strength of this carrier.

Honestly disappointed you thought $30 would buy you a decent kennel but nothing more. The side clips feel so flimsy I'm afraid of breaking one in half. The little treat holders at the top, or whatever they're called, don't even close, they just flutter like birds. If you put something in, it falls out. I'm concerned about the handle design because it doesn't look like it was cared for at all when it was made. I went to a flea market and bought a ten times better one for $5! I would return it…
