Review on Nomination by Noah Trigg

The ease with which we can search for people who match our requirements is really impressive! It's also easy enough not only to find your next employee but even candidates from different companies or industries (I'm looking into it!). I wish there was an easier way to add notes about my searches - maybe something like this could be implemented? We're using Nominations when searching for new employees across many departments within one business area as well. So far no issues here either though other software might have better customer service support / community engagement etc. The best part is the simplicity of using the system. I think there should be an option for users to create their own profile with easy access to all the contacts they have. It would help them save time when looking for people who can help them out. It's a great tool to look for people who are willing to do some work for you. It helps me find someone who has skills I need.
