Nomination Review

I like the idea of searching on a company and finding the contacts to make a pitch. You can also get a feel for the kind of people working there. I find the UI/UX a bit dated, but it is a start-up and it is constantly improving, so I'm sure that will change. I've not found anything I dislike so far. The ease with which we can search for people who match our requirements is really impressive! It's also easy enough not only to find your next employee but even candidates from different companies or industries (I'm looking into it!). I wish there was an easier way to add notes about my searches - maybe something like this could be implemented? We're using Nominations when searching for new employees across many departments within one business area as well. So far no issues here either though…

The best thing is its speed compared with other platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook etc., it's easy for use by both business owners & employees which saves me lotsa times! I don't like anything about this platform but if you have no choice then maybe try their free version first before purchasing because they might offer some features only available after payed subscription? I like how easy it is for me as an employer or recruiter (or both!). The system allows you to look directly into their profile without having them fill out any forms! If they have not filled all information fields correctly then there may be some delay before being notified about this but nothing major here either way - just make sure everything has been completed properly firstly with no spelling mistakes etc!!
