Review on Nomination by Jacob Seymour

I like the idea of searching on a company and finding the contacts to make a pitch. You can also get a feel for the kind of people working there. I find the UI/UX a bit dated, but it is a start-up and it is constantly improving, so I'm sure that will change. I've not found anything I dislike so far. We're building our own CRM, but using Nomination as a starting point. The ability to search for candidates quickly without having to go all over town is amazing. I used another software called Erecruit which was good but very expensive compared to nominatioon (around 3 times as much). No dislike just some improvement ideas. It's really easy to use and it has everything you need. In one click we can find the correct candidate for our needs.
