Review on ModuleMD WISE by Phil Kowal

This is a great product because it allows me to organize my notes in sections (clinical vs surgery etc.) so I can easily find what they are looking for when needed without having to search through multiple pages of data that could be buried deep within patient's chart or folder which takes way too much time. It also syncs well between different platforms like computers and phones allowing easy access anywhere at any given moment! Not many downsides but i do not think there should really have been since this was such an amazing tool from start till finish. We were able to streamline our documentation processes by creating new custom fields as we went along using modulesmd wise.
