Great fit and quite warm!

I wore these pants on a winter kayaking trip along the Texas coast in January. It was about 42 degrees when we launched, and 46 when we returned. While I was very cold overall on the trip, my legs actually felt pretty good and insulated, in spite of getting rained on and splashed. The pants are heavy enough to protect from the wind. I think they'd be perfect for a slightly warmer trip (we had been anticipating 50-60 degree weather but a storm came in). Very comfortable and a really good fit.

At 5’11” and 125 lbs, I assumed the size medium that I ordered would fit based on sizing chart. Um. I could barely pull them up beyond my calves, my hips were a fight too, and their length once on was at best capris. It wasn’t the material per usual that made it a fight to get on, but the small sizing. Returned. If you’re a lanky one, I don’t know if these are the pants for you?
