I like that it's integrated into Office 365, so all of my contacts are accessible from anywhere via phone or email. Sometimes when trying to contact someone who is not in an available meeting room, there will be up to 5 different rooms open at once (when only 1 was expected). This can make scheduling meetings more difficult. It also doesn't always seem to let me know immediately if I have missed someone while searching through multiple rooms during a scheduled meeting (or vice versa), making coordination awkward. We've been able to effectively utilize this tool for our sales team as well as administrative staff - anyone within the organization can use it! The ability to easily schedule and coordinate meetings has helped us improve productivity immensely.
