Great platform with good support: Chime for Lync

The best thing is that it's easy to use, has great customer service, and works well in terms of communication between users who are dispersed geographically or working remotely from home at different times during work hours. I do not have any dislikes about this program as such but would like more options/features added over time (maybe even through an app). We're using Chime within our organization primarily for internal communications via Slack and we've found it very useful so far. It makes

Pros
  • Great features
  • Easy interface with many functions available
  • Includes Microsoft Teams integration
Cons
  • Not completely intuitive
  • Can be confusing how some things function

Great platform which integrates seamlessly with other tools

I like that it's integrated into Office 365, so all of my contacts are accessible from anywhere via phone or email. Sometimes when trying to contact someone who is not in an available meeting room, there will be up to 5 different rooms open at once (when only 1 was expected). This can make scheduling meetings more difficult. It also doesn't always seem to let me know immediately if I have missed someone while searching through multiple rooms during a scheduled meeting (or vice versa), making…

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Great functionality without much training required
  • Allows quick access across devices such iPad/iPhone etc.
  • Simple search functions allow easy finding & sorting by information / people
Cons
  • Minor Issues
