Do not work to prevent door opening

Holds door open well but not well enough to deter a burglar from entering (at least on a tiled floor). There was work going on in our house and the door (due to swelling) could not be closed completely. When the tree dries up it should close, but we have a few more months with a door that won't close completely, so we bought it. Although they offer considerable resistance when trying to get in, our 120 lb daughter was still able to force the door open by putting 1 and/or both in place.
