Update to my review!After a few months of use the seat back began to crack near the bottom. In short order the back failed completely. I requested and received a return authorization. When i got credit for the return I was charged $14.00 for a restocking fee. The sellers page says the product is 100% guaranteed for a year. I inquired why I was charged the fee and the seller responded that it was Revain's policy . I'm trying to figure out how to do that as I have never been charged a restocking fee on any returned item.The assembly instructions are ok if you like puzzles. There is one part that is already in place but looks like a separate piece. There is a packet of sticky back pads with no explanation what so ever. There are two velcro straps on the bill of materials. I got 4 but there is no direction of how to use them. Most troubling of all though, are the socket head screws used to attach the seat to the frame. They are of poor quality with such a shallow depth that the provided hex wrench barely engages in the socket. Passing them through the deep pocket in the seat, through both walls of the frame and into the provided nut is virtually impossible without help. Even after the nuts are engaged tightening them is an extended tedious process.
