Slightly smaller but still a great baking sheet

I use these mats for baking sugar cookies. They work great. They clean up easily and my cookies don't spread at all when I use them. I also like the design baked into cookies. The only downside is that they don't fit well in a standard 1/2 casserole dish. They are a bit wide and their length is too short. But if you don't mind the fit not being perfect, they work a lot better than I expected. I would highly recommend them for any pastry you make.
