I have an Ender 3 and am new to 3D printers. After reading a bit about my problems with jets, I found out about the need for such a kit. To be honest, every printer should have something like this with tweezers, a brush and a nozzle extruder. It's a bit of a learning curve even just to learn how to unclog a nozzle, but Google/YouTube will teach you how to do it right. This kit works well and has everything you need to remove a stuck nozzle. The 4 star rating reflects my opinion that the tweezers are low end and not up to the quality of the rest of the set.
