Review on SiteVault by Nick Garrett

I like that we can see our data at any time without having to log into the system. There is quite some lag between when something happens within SiteVault (such as adding new notes)and being able to view it through the web app or mobile apps. If the system was updated more frequently this would not be an issue. We are using site vault primarily for electronic CRFs but also use it sometimes for other forms such as consent documents. This has made filling out paperwork easier since there isn't anything else to do with it besides uploading it once its done! I love that it's an easy to use system with lots of features for managing my site data - especially as we are getting more complex sites set up (4 separate CROs). It does not have all 3rd party integrations like other products do but its very nice if they add them! The dashboard is great at showing how much time has been spent per user or task etc which helps me see what needs attention/improvement from our side too!!
