This is perfect for draining browned hamburger!
I used this the very same day it came in the mail. I really like the oversized spoon as a replacement for a smaller one that I have used for decades. I was looking for something that I could use to remove greater quantities of browned hamburger from a fry pan and this works perfectly. I have since used it for several other types of food and I can see that I will get a lot of use out of it.
- Glad I purchased this fork, it is very well made. I look for it to last a very long time.
