Weak funnel spout

It arrived with a broken can spout. The packaging was undamaged but the glass was broken. In addition, the nose had a very small diameter. It will take a long time to pour a gallon of oil from this jug. I bought a jar with the exact same Plews part number at my local farm supply store and it had an extra collar at the base of the spout where it attached to the jar. Here it broke. Apparently this was a problem and Plews polished it.
