Review on YOUTILIGENT Connected Consumer Solution by Devon Holmes

I like how easy it is to use, the customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help you out! Sometimes the app freezes up which is a problem when we need to access it in an emergency. We also wish there were more options for our clients to send feedback and request features. They have recently added some new features that we love, however the overall system still needs some work. I hope they continue to improve their product. We are able to track what is being used in our stores by each client. This allows us to be more efficient and save money.
