I like how easy it is to use, the customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help you out! Sometimes the app freezes up which is a problem when we need to access it in an emergency. It is very userfriendly interface has lot many inbuilt modules which help for management activities like order status tracking etc., Customer engagement by sharing best recommendations along with their photo also helps!
