Have used many PowerStop kits on Volvo and other vehicles over the years. I've never had any problems with them. This kit is for the Big Rotor xc90, in this case the 2009 v8 R design. The kit was ok, but I noticed the following: The detent springs for the rear brake calipers were completely wrong, so I kept the originals. The pads are definitely stiffer and don't bite/stick as much as the original pads. This is a compromise as the original pads are very dirty. For the daily rider this is exceptional value and a very good kit. If you want factory performance (and chaos), it's probably best to stick with Volvo OEM.
