This doorstop is not a cheap piece of pressed metal. You will know after you pick it up. Fit and finish are excellent. The magnet is very strong - I was afraid it might be too strong - and will hold solid wood doors with ease. Installation is easy with simple tools. However, the instructions are sketchy at best. There are no instructions included (but they are presented as an image). For example, the instructions do not indicate how to remove the decorative ring (detail B in the picture) from the doorstop (detail A). He spins. I've already ordered a few more. Great product and worth the price. With better instructions this would be a 5 star product.
